Last night was the annual Jorgenson Industrial Companies Christmas Party.
This year the decision was to essentially rent out the tasty Brazilian-themed restaurant Braza Grill here in Salt Lake City, Utah. CLICK HERE
It was certainly an evening of fun and food…
The Braza Grill was the perfect setting for a meal unlike any other. If you’ve never been there, it is a great place to feast upon perhaps the best beef-venue around; a churrascaria modeled after barbeque restaurants in Brazil with a buffet of hot and cold foods. But the best part undoubtedly were the meats hot off the grill, carried about the room by servers who slice off as much as diners want–and by the looks of it, the Jorgenson employees were determined to put a dent in the food last night.
It was an evening of fun and laughter as all the divisions of Jorgenson Industrial Companies came together to enjoy an evening of delicious food and and wonderful company.
Together we had fun swapping stories, sharing tales and of course laughing. Here are some of the photos:
The food kept coming out of the kitchen by servers with grand smiles and they shared bacon-wrapped chicken, spicy sausage and just about every cut of succulent steak possible–and was promptly devoured by those who were having a grand time.
Now if you are wondering why there are a few odd looking sweaters, well what Company Christmas Party would be complete without the venerable ‘Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest?’ Since it is kind of a tradition of sorts at events like this, lemme tell ya we had some rather stunning entries as you can tell;
Thanks to JMT USA General Manager Nick Moutsos, there was ample free parking–we actually thought about leaving him stationed in the parking lot all evening, however with a sweater like that (and the bravado to wear it in public) we decided he could come in and join us too.
The winner dictated by applause however was Chad Bosen’s memorable entry from the movie hit “Christmas Vacation” where he came as the loveable, misguided and fun Uncle Eddie–complete with the cap and white patent leather shoes. As an added bonus, Chad came around to certain tables and posed with a few of the guests.
After more than two hours, and many jokes and smiles later, it came time to leave and rest assured we all enjoyed ourselves, and each other, immensely.
Our sincere thanks to Andrea and Bambi for correlating and scheduling this event; as it was an evening we shall all remember.
So to the Jorgenson Family, we thank you for the wonderful holiday dinner you so kindly shared with us.
And to all of our clients, in every one of the Jorgenson Industrial Companies divisions; we would like to wish you the best this holiday season, and say ‘thank you’ for trusting us with your business needs.
Merry Christmas to all, and it was a good night! ~wink~
