Inside Internet Locker Sales

We are looking for qualified individuals with a passion for answering customer inquiries and closing sales over the phone. If you enjoy customer service, receiving, preparing and sending quotes through e-mail and occasionally in person. This job is a fast paced busy job with quotes, calls, and leads coming at you at a constant pace. Hardworking, fun, positive sales team work environment.

Responsibilities:

Generate sales and service customers by preparing quotes and processing Internet leads, maintain relationships with customers through follow-up emailing and phone calls, and maintain loyalty of clients and vendors. Processes orders by transferring orders to fulfillment through Salespad. Effective communication of expected delivery date, freight information and explanation of product features, options and availability. Building rapport through analyzing customer’s sales history and making product suggestions. The ability to explain technical features and answer product related questions regarding assembly and installation. Great problem solving skills in resolving client issues and handling unforeseen issues.

Requirements:

  • Preferred you have previous locker sales experience and extensive knowledge of lockers
  • Must be detail oriented and maintain consistent accuracy with data entry
  • Must be friendly with great sales closing abilities along with great people skills

Sales Manager of Dealer Sales & Division 10 Specialties

Department: Dealer Sales & Division 10 Specialties
Term of Employment: Full-time

Summary:

Looking for an accomplished sales and management individual to lead, develop and grow our Dealer Sales department and our Division 10 Specialties department. Both have significant growth opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Dealer Sales Account Manager:
Material handling products division is seeking a Dealer Sales Account Manager to work directly with our network of dealers throughout the US and Canada. Will be managing the entire sales process from quote, order entry and processing to final delivery and/or installation. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of inside sales experience, customer service and administrative skills background. Industry knowledge of lockers, shelving, warehousing and storage products is a plus but not required. Potential candidates must possess: Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, strong desire to help others using consultative sales skills, detail oriented and self motivated with the ability to problem solve, able to accurately process customer transactions such as quotes, orders, shop drawings, freight claims and returns.
Qualifications:

  • Proficient in ms office, excel, order entry & basic computer skills
  • Prior sales/customer service experience
  • Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to follow directions/work independently
  • Professional attitude & excellent people skills

Division 10 Specialties Estimator/Project Manager:
Estimators perform take offs from digital construction plans and specifications. This person must be a self-starter, motivated individual who preferably has prior experience and knowledge of Division 10 specialty products estimating & project management.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to locate products in database, analyze construction plans and specs and prepare time and cost estimates in accordance. Compare materials and labor requirements to find most cost effective solutions. Must submit bids and budgets by bid deadlines. Communicate with contractors, engineers, designers, architects and sub contractors to make any necessary changes to package costs. Calculate estimates for planning, scheduling and organization of work. Will collaborate with inside sales staff to coordinate work to meet given milestones and project completion dates. Will perform plan take offs, bid preparation and bidding to general contractors, and manage landed projects for all sections within Division 10 (i.e., lockers, wire partitions, toilet partitions & accessories, corner guards, fire extinguisher cabinets, postal specialties, visual display boards, shelving, etc.).
Requirements:

  • Degree in construction management or 2 years+ experience in a construction estimating position
  • Must be able to read blue prints, construction design plans and specifications *Knowledge of division 10 products preferred
  • Understanding of design and building procedures and policies
  • Knowledge of building codes, laws and ordinances
  • Attention To Detail
